Business Challenges & Needs
- In the system, it was difficult to generate the reports in the required format for the individuals dynamically.
- The system posed difficulties in content management, category, image related updates, Analysis and report downloads.
- As system was not built on required framework, it was not scalable. The further enhancements were tedious and time consuming.
Solution Overview
- Cognisun team analyzed the system; conducted JAD sessions with business stakeholders to understand the short comings and wish list.
- Designed data modeling schema using Angular 4 based Mongo DB Database and migrated the system data for products, categories, customers into newly redefined database schema.
- Developed a Skill Evaluation portal from scratch based on Node JS framework with extensive customization using PHP and JQuery. This Portal is easily extensible, scalable and maintainable.
- Made it easier for HR to evaluate the performance.
